(PRESS RELEASE) Appleton, WI — Kyle Bullock from Bullock’s Jewelry in Roswell NM and Jimmy DeGroot are partners in Train Retail, a training and coaching company built specifically for independent jewelry stores. They are announcing a free live web training titled “How to Tell If Your Jewelry Marketing Is Actually Working.” The session will take place February 18 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time and is open to independent jewelry store owners and managers nationwide.

Jimmy DeGroot said, “We had other cheeky titles such as – Hey jewelers! how do you know your marketing is actually working? But we thought we’d better keep it a little more professional.” The one-hour live training is designed to help jewelers better understand whether their marketing efforts are producing measurable results — and how to stop guessing when it comes to marketing spend.

“Most jewelers are spending thousands without a clear way to tell what’s actually driving profit,” said Kyle Bullock, co-founder of Train Retail. “We want to give you clarity, confidence, and a practical framework they can use both with new marketing ideas and your existing ones”

This training is not sponsored by marketing agencies or vendors. Kyle and Jimmy want to give you great ammunition to create promotions and marketing that both turn customers into raving fans and create generous profits. The eky focus at Train Retail is profit-generating systems, leadership development, and sales training for jewelers.

During the session, attendees will learn:

  • How to measure whether marketing efforts are truly profitable
  • What is currently working in jewelry marketing — and what is not
  • Practical examples of how unconventional tactics can drive customer engagement
  • A turnkey campaign participants can implement in their own stores

Kyle and Jimmy Their one-on-one coaching clients have experienced average profit growth of more than $100,000 per year, and the live training will share the same principles used in their coaching work.

97 Years of Family History, One Right Decision: How Malloves Jewelers Found the Right Partner to Close with Grace

Marc Levin’s grandfather Max founded Malloves Jewelers in Middletown, CT, in 1928. Nearly a century later, Marc — the third-generation owner — knew it was time to retire. He’d watched friends and fellow jewelers navigate store closings with Wilkerson’s help, and their recommendations were hard to ignore. Once he connected with the Wilkerson team, the decision was clear. “They made me feel like family,” he says. Wilkerson’s team handled every detail day by day, kept Marc informed every step of the way and delivered results that met and exceeded his financial goals. Watch Marc share the story of Malloves Jewelers’ final chapter — and why he slept soundly through all of it.
