(PRESS RELEASE) (NEW YORK) – Just Perfect MSP has officially received 2 U.S. design patents for it’s Perfect Fit technology. The technology, covered by U.S. patent numbers D820-714S and D814-330S, ergonomically sculpts the shoulders and shank of a ring to prevent rings from spinning or falling to the side. The patented technology also places additional metal weight in the bottom of the shank to ensure the center diamond remains on the top of the finger.
“As today’s rings get heavier on top, women are faced with the dilemma of having their engagement diamond or ring “focal point” fall to the side, or alternatively having the rings sized to fit tightly in order to prevent this from occurring”, notes Edward Zylka, president of Just Perfect MSP. “Both situations are uncomfortable. Therefore, we developed Perfect Fit to combat this.”
According to research from a variety of bridal sources, center diamonds are getting larger and halo styling remains popular. This, combined with larger colored gemstones being used for engagement rings, illustrates that the ring weight on top of the finger is increasing. Therefore, Perfect Fit helps to address and correct this by adding a bottom counterbalance and gently sculpting the sides to help “correct” the spinning effect. Just Perfect MSP believes that this is a timely innovation in the industry that will help retailers provide consumers with a ring that meets their desires from both a size perspective and a comfort requirement.
Perfect Fit technology is available across the company’s entire ring offering of engagement rings, wedding bands, 3-stone styles, anniversary rings and fashion stack rings. Further, Just Perfect MSP also provides retailers with customization of order in gemstone colors, qualities and metal content, including specialized engraving, that will be in-store in 5 business days from order.
Perfect Fit will be shown at the JCK Las Vegas Show at the Just Perfect MSP booth 15056, located in the Bridal Section on the second floor. Retailers wanting to make a show appointment should call (877) 201-0005 and speak to Donna Karnicki.

Ready to Relocate? Wilkerson Makes Your Move Seamless
When Brockhaus Jewelry decided to leave their longtime West Main Street storefront for a standalone building elsewhere in Norman, Oklahoma, owners John Brockhaus and Brad Shipman faced a familiar challenge: how to efficiently reduce inventory before the big move. Their solution? Partnering with liquidation specialists Wilkerson for a second time.
"We'd already experienced Wilkerson's professionalism during a previous sale," Shipman recalls. "But their approach to our relocation event truly impressed us. They strategically prioritized our existing pieces while tactfully introducing complementary merchandise as inventory levels decreased." The carefully orchestrated sale didn't just meet targets—it shattered them.
Asked if they'd endorse Wilkerson to industry colleagues planning similar transitions—whether relocating, retiring, or refreshing their space—both partners were emphatic in their approval. "The entire process was remarkably straightforward," Shipman notes. "Wilkerson delivered a well-structured program, paired us with a knowledgeable advisor, and managed every detail flawlessly from concept to completion."
