Zadok Jewelers Expands to Austin with Stunning New Showroom at The Domain

(PRESS RELEASE) AUSTIN, TX — Zadok Jewelers, Houston’s largest family-run fine jeweler, announced that its Austin location at The Domain—an 11,000-square-foot showroom—is now open. The opening marks the second location for Zadok Jewelers after operating as Houston’s premier destination for fine jewelry, watches and diamonds since its founding in 1976 by sixth-generation jeweler Dror Zadok and his wife, Helene Zadok.

“We are thrilled to join the vibrant Austin community,” says Jonathan Zadok, Partner at Zadok Jewelers. “Opening our doors here feels like a natural extension of our family’s journey. We’re honored to bring our tradition of craftsmanship, exceptional service and warm Texas hospitality to The Domain and we look forward to becoming part of the fabric of this incredible community.”

Known for its curated collection of fine jewelry and timepieces, Zadok Jewelers will introduce several brands to Austin for the first time, including three partnered luxury watch boutiques: IWC Schaffhausen and Panerai, both of which have been open since March 17, and TUDOR. All three boutiques are the first of their kind in Austin.

In a new partnership, Rolex and Zadok will unveil an over 1,700 square foot dedicated space where guests are invited to explore the timeless artistry and prestige of the brand in an unparalleled setting.

“We are honored to bring Rolex timepieces to our new Austin location—it’s a partnership that we’ve long awaited and deeply value,” says Segev Zadok, Partner at Zadok Jewelers. “As a family-owned jeweler with deep Texas roots, joining forces with a brand as iconic and respected as Rolex marks a milestone moment for us. We look forward to offering the Austin community an exceptional experience defined by precision, heritage and excellence.”

Guests can also explore Jaeger Le-Coultre and BVLGARI showrooms, the Nina Magon Bar, the Zadok Vault, which showcases exclusive, one-of-a-kind pieces, and The Bridal Shop, offering personalized consultations with a bridal expert to help guests create a bespoke piece to call their own. Additionally, Zadok Jewelers will be the exclusive retailer of Anita Ko, Mikimoto, Moritz Glik, Nouvel Heritage, Pasquale Bruni and Pomellato and feature its in-house line, the Zadok Collection. Guests can enjoy onsite watch repairs, custom jewelry design and an extensive collection of certified pre-owned watches. Zadok Jewelers also has an on-site jeweler and brand-authorized watchmakers.

Designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, the Austin showroom reflects the legacy and sophistication of a seventh-generation family business while embracing the city’s energetic spirit. Warm wood, brass detailing and artfully curated Tom Dixon lighting shape an elegant, hospitality-driven modern retail experience. The store features unique boutiques and showrooms that act as a collection of galleries where visitors can customize their own experience, making every visit personal. This new location establishes a landmark for luxury and lasting connections in Austin’s premier shopping destination.

“Our goal was to create a space that’s as welcoming as it is elegant,” says Gilad Zadok, Partner at Zadok Jewelers. “From the moment you walk through the door, we want you to feel at home. Just like our Houston flagship, the Austin showroom was thoughtfully designed to feel like an extension of our living room – because at Zadok, as we always say, ‘You’re only a stranger once.’”

Zadok Jewelers has partnered with Nina Magon to feature The Nina Magon Bar in the new Zadok showroom—a sophisticated setting for in-store jewelry and timepiece pop-ups. The custom-designed bar creates an elegant backdrop for activations like fashion shows, watchmaking series and more. Gold-framed glass display cases with unique blue stone bases seamlessly blend with light wood flooring, adding warmth and contrast, keeping the jewelry and timepieces as the focal point, aligning with Zadok Jewelers’ refined identity.

Known for its Texas hospitality and customer-first approach, Zadok Jewelers has cultivated a regional following, becoming a trusted name for those seeking an elevated and welcoming luxury shopping experience. Just like visitors to Zadok Jewelers in Houston, Austinites can experience the Zadok family’s commitment to combining luxury with hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences for every occasion. In the seventh generation of the family trade, Dror and Helene’s sons, Jonathan, Segev and Gilad, all GIA Graduate Gemologists, bring experience and expertise. They lead the business with an unmatched level of knowledge, service and passion—the strong values at the core of Zadok Jewelers that the family will carry with them to serve the Austin community. Visit Zadok Jewelers in-store at 11501 Century Oaks Terrace, Suite 141, Austin, TX 78758, 10 AM – 7 PM Monday – Thursday, 10 AM – 8 PM Friday – Saturday, 12 – 6 PM on Sunday or online at zadok.com.

Four Decades of Excellence: How Wilkerson Transformed a Jeweler's Retirement into Celebration

After 45 years serving the Milwaukee community, Treiber & Straub Jewelers owner Michael Straub faced a significant life transition. At 75, the veteran jeweler made a personal decision many business owners understand: "I think it's time. I want to enjoy my wife with my grandchildren for the next 10, 15 years." Wilkerson's expertise transformed this major business transition into an extraordinary success. Their comprehensive approach to managing the going-out-of-business sale created unprecedented customer response—with lines forming outside the store and limits on how many shoppers could enter at once due to fire safety regulations. The results exceeded all expectations. "Wilkerson did a phenomenal job," Straub enthuses. "They were there for you through the whole thing, helped you with promoting it, helping you on day-to-day business. I can't speak enough for how well they did." The partnership didn't just facilitate a business closing; it created a celebratory finale to decades of service while allowing Straub to confidently step into his well-earned retirement.
