The sighting: Actress Ayo Edebiri is nailing her Chanel era, and the latest look that caught my eye was the slinky white gown she wore to the After The Hunt screening during the London Film Festival and the very distinctive earrings she chose to pair with it.

The jewels: Ayo Edebiri’s earrings are Chanel, from Matthieu Blazy’s recent Spring/Summer 2026 collection (as is the gown).

The earrings feature one larger stone at the lobe, suspending a loop of sparking stones that holds the cutest little yellow baby chick, standing happily atop a fringe of glittering stones. If you look closely, you’ll see a subtle Chanel logo worked into the tassel.

They’re ridiculous and adorable.

I haven’t been able to definitively confirm the material of these earrings: I’ve seen them called both diamond and demi-fine by different sources.

The trends: Whimsical jewelry has been very popular the past few years and these Chanel earrings are solid evidence that this trend isn’t going away anytime soon.

What do we think? I was intrigued by these earrings the moment I saw them. I couldn’t initially identify the bright yellow at the center, but I was BEYOND delighted when I found a close up and realized yes, Edebiri was out and about wearing a pair of glamorous sparkly Chanel earrings with cute little baby chickens in the centers.

Is it silly? Yes, but that’s what makes it so great.

Judgement: 1,000/10 for these delightful little sparkly cluckers.
