Harts is a jewelry industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience across all sectors of the field – from retail to trade work, the wholesale diamond sector and large-scale bridal manufacturing. Harts eventually landed at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) as Senior Manager of Career Services, where he worked for the last nine years.
