Online diamond retailer James Allen is entering the lab-grown market, Rapaport News reports.

James Allen is now offering both “earth-created” and “lab-created” diamonds on its website.

The company explains: “Lab-created diamonds allow you to maximize your budget, giving up to 30% more size for the same cost, while earth-created diamonds are incredible works of nature and the traditional choice.”

Prices range from a few hundred dollars for smaller diamonds to more than $48,000 for an 4.49-carat emerald-cut diamond.
