Russell Wilson Proposes to Ciara With $2 Million Colorless Diamond Ring

Jewelry expert says it’s 12 to 15 karats.

Russell Wilson and R&B/pop singer Ciara have decided to tie the knot after the Seattle Seahawks star quarterback proposed with a diamond ring that is estimated to have cost about $2 million, Hollywood Life writes. The entertainment website spoke with David Harris of David Harris Designs, who described the ring as such: “This brilliant cut solitaire is approximately 12 to 15 karats and looks to be a D through F colorless diamond, which means it’s a really good diamond. I would estimate the center stone to be worth between two and 2.5 million dollars based on one which I recently sold to a very wealthy client.”

By the way, this is not Ciara’s first monster engagement rock. In 2013, she was engaged to rapper Future with a 15-carat diamond. The marriage never happened, though — the couple broke up in August 2014 after Ciara allegedly caught him in having an affair with his wardrobe consultant.
