And whatever the hell it is that is currently growing in the break room fridge. The fact is that way too many of us are just one “I’ll deal with it later” away from something becoming sentient and filing a grievance.

When Andrew Smith decided to close the Springfield, Massachusetts location of Smith & Son Jewelers, the decision came down to family. Smith's recommendation is emphatic: "I would never be able to do what they did by myself."
