Gary Levine

(PRESS RELEASE) PLANO, TX — The Sylvie Collection announces that Gary Levine, the eldest son of owners Sylvie and Ian Levine, has joined the company as director of operations. Gary brings a wide breadth of experience and new perspective through his experience working closely with business operators and advising on corporate M&A transactions.

Sylvie Levine said, “We are currently seeing tremendous growth in the business, so this is an immensely important addition to our team as we continue to build out our roster of retail partners. Gary’s finance and operationally focused background has given him a depth of experience that will be an asset to our customers and the Company as a whole. We look forward to bringing his perspective in-house to ultimately drive strategic decision-making in a rapidly evolving industry and digital age.”

Gary joins the Sylvie team from Rothschild & Co, a global investment bank where he advised companies and their management teams on mergers, acquisitions and capital raises across various industries. Prior to Rothschild & Co, he graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business with a Master’s in Professional Accounting and passed the CPA exam.

Gary stated, “Sylvie has evolved into an impressive bridal Jewelry brand, distinguished by a pre-eminent approach to craftsmanship and downstream service. The Company is currently seeing significant growth and I am thrilled to help grow the Sylvie brand even more alongside our impressive existing retailer base while cultivating new retail relationships across the nation to share a bridal line with a story.”

As generational jewelers themselves, owners Sylvie and Ian are proud to continue their family’s legacy and are excited for what the future holds as they usher in this new era. With the addition of Gary Levine and additional planned infrastructural improvements, the Sylvie Collection is confident that the business will continue to grow and maintain alignment with the company’s core values and long-term vision as a true family-owned and operated business.
