True Tales: The Woman With the Worst Memory

I buy and sell estate items. One year I bought a ring from a client, and held it in my office for a long time … more than two years. It was so ugly and out of style that I did not know what to do with it. I kept finding it and wondering what to do with it, thinking about it, and then putting it back in the pile. About two-and-a-half years after purchasing it, I decided finally to sell it. I cleaned it, polished it, and put it into stock. Guess who bought it? The same woman who sold it to me! She did not even recognize it after so long, came in one day, saw it, fell in love with it, and bought it!
Go figure!?
