Canadian Jewelers Association Votes in New Board of Directors for 2019/20

(PRESS RELEASE) The Canadian Jewellers Association (CJA) announces that at its AGM on Monday, October 28, 2019 in Toronto, Ontario a new Board of Directors was voted in for the upcoming 2019/20 year. The new Board is as follows:

Executive

• Chairman – Marco Miserendino, Bijouterie Italienne P.M. Inc.
• Past Co-Chairman – Umesh Shah, RJB Diamonds, Markham, Ontario
• 1st Vice Chairwoman – Gail Golberg, Beverly Hills Jewellers Manufacturing Ltd., Richmond Hill, Ontario
• 2nd Vice Chairman – Kevin Kaye, Citizen Watch Co. of Canada, Markham, Ontario
• Treasurer – Angela Betteridge, Angela Betteridge Jewellery Inc., Kelowna, B.C.

Along with the AGM there were education seminars on Loss Prevention, Fintrac and the Retail Industry’s Future, award presentations, culminating with cocktails and ending the day with dinner for the Board and a number of industry guests.
