Guy in Ninja Suit Breaks into Jewelry Store, Owner Gets a Laugh — Watch the Video

A man dressed much like a blue ninja broke into a St. Clair Shores, MI, jewelry store, police say.

The culprit tried and failed to break through the front window of Michael Agnello Jewelers using a pipe, Click On Detroit reports. He then managed to break in through the front door. (Watch video of the break-in below.)

The incident, which happened at about 4 a.m., resulted in thousands of dollars in damage. The thief made off with a few items, but nothing of high value, said store owner Michael Agnello.

Given the criminal’s attire and general incompetence, Agnello found humor in the situation.

“We cracked up at it, it’s pretty hilarious,” he told the news outlet.

Police have a person of interest in the case but haven’t yet made any arrests.
