Hill & Co. Appoints Two More Industry Leaders to Its Best-In-Class Team of Experts

(PRESS RELEASE) Hill & Co., a leading management consulting firm in the diamond, gemstone, and jewelry industry, starts 2024 by announcing two new strategic hires.

Hill & Co.’s outstanding team of global Principal Consultants continues to grow, with the addition of two new consultants, Donatella Zappieri and Nan Lung Palmer, both of whom bring a wealth of international experience in product, design, merchandising and sales.

Donatella Zappieri is based in Italy, where she was formerly Head of International Design for Jewelry and Watches at Swarovski for 15 years and today a well renowned jewelry business consultant. US-based Nan Lung Palmer brings an incredible pedigree in merchandising, with a career of more than 20 years working with globally-recognised brands, including Macy’s and David Yurman.

Hill & Co.’s purpose for growing its team is to support even more of the diamond, gemstone and jewelry industry in 2024 and deliver the best possible service for clients. Each of Hill & Co.’s Principal Consultants has decades of experience across the whole supply chain, and Donatella and Nan build upon this. The business really does have an expert for every possible challenge a client can face.

Hill & Co.’s Founder and CEO, Elle Hill, says she’s excited by being able to announce these new roles:

“I am consistently humbled by the caliber of talent that we have had the luxury of collaborating with as we support Hill & Co. clients. I am thrilled they have found a unique home in Hill & Co. One where they can leverage all their experience and expertise and shine as we help this industry – that we each love – to harness modern business growth tools and fresh strategies to grow more swiftly.

The evolution and growth of our team is more than just hiring new talent, it’s about attracting them with our work ethic and outcomes. It’s about creating a catalyst for the success of our clients’ businesses alongside Hill & Co.’s, as well as our industry’s evolution in 2024 and beyond.”
