Istanbul Jewelry Show Postponed

(PRESS RELEASE) The Istanbul Jewelry Show has been postponed.

The new dates are June 18-21.

The show was originally planned for March 19-22 at CNR Expo, Istanbul Fair Center.

“In light of the recent global developments around the COVID-19 virus, our top priority is the health and safety of everyone involved in the Istanbul Jewelry Show; our employees, partners, customers and exhibitors,” organizers said in an email to clients, attendees and stakeholders.

“After careful consultation with industry stakeholders, and upon the official decision of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Trade on 11 March 2020 regarding the postponement of international organisations, the event will now take place on 18-21 June 2020.”

More information will be posted on the show website and official communication channels, according to the email.

“We are continuing to liaise directly with all relevant authorities while monitoring and complying with guidance from the World Health Organisation and the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health,” the email stated. “We will keep you informed of any new developments as we receive them.

“We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, and we hope you understand that this decision is in the best interests of the community.”
