Jeweler Is Building a Much Larger Store, Plus Space for Restaurants and Offices

The owner of Zadok Jewelers in Houston is planning a five-story building that will house its new store, along with two restaurants and substantial office space.

The store will occupy 26,000 square feet, nearly double Zadok’s current space, the Midland Reporter-Telegram reports. The store was founded in 1976.

Construction on the 112,000-square-foot building is expected to begin in August.

Completion is slated for the final quarter of 2020.

The Zadoks bought the property, which consists of 1.65 acres, seven years ago.

The building will include 11,000 square feet of restaurant space and 68,000 square feet of office space.
