Keynote to focus on strengthening the retail store experience.
Trade association Jewelers of America will produce two days of free seminars on March 13-14 during the JA New York Show, including a keynote presentation called “Tips, Tricks and Techniques to Maximize Your In-Store Experience” by Nicole Leinbach Reyhle, founder and publisher of “Retail Minded” and co-founder of the Independent Retailer Conference.
The keynote presentation, which includes a complimentary continental breakfast, will explain the keys to strengthen the retail in-store experience and give attendees actionable steps that can be applied directly to their business. The seminar takes place Monday, March 14 at 10:30 a.m. in the JA New York Education Center.
JA’s education program will also feature two interactive seminars on Sunday, March 13 at 10:30 a.m. and 11:50 a.m., presented by sales experts Janice Mack and Debbie Hiss. Attendees are invited to share their experiences and insights about courting the bridal customer and tips on sustaining existing customers.
