New York City Jewelry & Watch Show Returns in November

(PRESS RELEASE) The New York City Jewelry & Watch Show returns to Chelsea at the Metropolitan Pavilion for its sixth edition this November 20-23, 2020. Originally scheduled for late October, producers have come to the conclusion that ultimately it is in the best interest of our industry, exhibitors and patrons to reschedule the four-day event to later in the year. Many contributing factors were taken into consideration when deciding on new dates and our team is confident this change will provide positive results for those who participate and attend.

Palm Beach Show Group management consulted with numerous industry leaders prior to rescheduling and we received an overwhelming optimistic response to the November show dates. As the state of New York continues to make progressive strides to overcome the current impact of COVID-19 and transition into more advanced re-opening phases, our Show anticipates a strong return as one of the first major collectors’ events in New York City.

“There are clear benefits to the show dates moving later in November, and more specifically after the upcoming election and much closer to the holiday retail buying season. I believe that the amount of uncertainty will subside with the conclusion of the pending election and retail business will begin to noticeably improve,” stated Scott Diament, president and CEO of the Palm Beach Show Group.

The New York City Show continues to claim its stake as the number one fall jewelry event for retail and trade buyers with its recognizable list of participating experts. Distinguished dealers will showcase an extravagant array of antique and estate jewelry, vintage pieces, modern collections and fine watches.

“The Palm Beach Show Group aims to facilitate a dynamic and multi-purpose platform for dealers within the jewelry industry by producing and promoting a safe New York City Jewelry & Watch Show to both retail buyers and members of the trade. This Show will debut as one of the first industry events of 2020, giving it an edge and making it an obvious decision for those exhibitors eager to get back to business,” stated Scott Diament, Palm Beach Show group president and CEO.
