A jewelry store in Raleigh, NC, is showing off a nearly $1.3 million gingerbread house that’s decked out in precious stones — and it’s for sale.
The creation at Bailey’s Fine Jewelry features 93.79 carats of diamonds, 51.88 carats of sapphires and aquamarines, and 155 pearls, according to a post on the store’s Facebook page.
”If you’re on the hunt for the most breathtaking holiday decor of all time, this entire creation is FOR SALE and would make the perfect gift for yourself or someone special,” the post stated.
The house was created by Bailey’s and artist Lindsay Deibler, WNCN-TV reports. Deibler was the grand prize winner in the store’s gingerbread house contest last winter.
“I had so much fun designing the house for the contest last year,” Deibler was quoted saying. “As soon as Bailey’s reached out with the idea, I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of. Combining my love of making gingerbread houses with $1 million worth of gorgeous jewels from Bailey’s? What could be better?”
The gingerbread house will be on display through Dec. 8.
