Sara Beth Brown is president of Brown & Company Jewelers, the company her father, Frank, founded 51 years ago. Brown & Co.’s two stores are in Roswell and Buckhead; she also opened the first Patek Philippe boutique in Atlanta. After studying accounting at Auburn University, Sara Beth transferred credits to the Universidad de Salamanca in Spain, where she studied Spanish with a minor in business. She worked for Shreve & Co. and Breitling USA before joining the family business. She and her husband, Mike, have two boys, 3 and 5. Sara Beth describes an ideal day off as low-key and family oriented, with some precious quiet time carved out as well.
