This Has Been a Busy, Productive, and Successful Weekend…

One of my longtime associates and friends says that the first thing he ask himself as he gets up out of bed is “what’s going to aggravate him today?”

I’ve made it my ritual to ask what I can do to make this my best day yet.

Sure it might sound trite, or I know you’ve heard that motivational stuff before, but for me I run on positive energy and if I am out of gas I need to look for a place to fuel up. One goal I set everyday is to try maintaining my passion and energy as consistently as possible throughout the day.

I have many responsibilities each day, service, sales, psychologist, designer, clean-up crew, fireman, fashionista, and disc-jockey. So before I can take on any of those responsibilities I’ve learned when I start the day with exercise and a music playlist to get my body moving I feel better physically, mentally and spiritually.

This is has been a busy, productive, and successful weekend…
