With nearly 30 years of experience in retail and wholesale jewelry, Craig brings deep industry knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for customer service to his new role. He began his career in apparel while attending Wittenberg University, then transitioned to jewelry in 1998 with Gottlieb & Sons, where he rose to Director of Business Operations for over 18 years. Most recently, Craig has traveled the Midwest as a trusted sales representative, known for his market insight and dedication to client success.
