Zales Named Official Ring Provider of Basketball Hall of Fame

An exhibit featuring the enshrinement rings will be on display at the Hall.

The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame announced that Zales Jewelers has been named the official ring provider for the classes of 2016-2018 inductees.

One element of the partnership will be a series of “Hometown Celebrations for Hall of Famers,” hosted by Zales, to commemorate the inductees’ achievements and allow fans to meet the players. A special exhibit featuring the official enshrinement rings will also be on display at the Basketball Hall of Fame.

In a statement, George Murray, chief merchandising and marketing officer of Zales Jewelers, said: “We are thrilled to be the official ring provider of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, and honored to be entrusted with this responsibility. The new rings for the Hall of Fame Enshrinement Class of 2016 will reflect the attention to detail and craftsmanship that guests have come to expect from Zales. They will commemorate the special, shared distinction these men and women have earned while also celebrating their unique careers and achievements.”

The Hall of Fame Class of 2016 inductees will be announced at the NCAA Men’s Final Four in Houston on April 4, 2016. The enshrinement ceremony will take place on Friday, Sept. 9, 2016 at Springfield Symphony Hall.
