(PRESS RELEASE) ATTLEBORO, MA — LeachGarner, a U.S.-based global precious metals provider trusted since 1909, announced the promotion of Jennifer Ashworth to Brand Director previously serving as the Senior Brand Manager. As Brand Director, Ashworth is now responsible for driving brand growth, supporting product development and quality standards, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives designed to enhance customer experience and strengthen market competitiveness. Her work positions both brands within the Richline Group portfolio as reliable, innovative partners for jewelry manufacturers, artisans, and designers.

Ashworth brings more than 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry, spanning customer service, sales, merchandising, product development, and product management. Over her more than two decades with LeachGarner, she has led initiatives to increase product visibility, streamline customer support programs, and strengthen alignment between brand storytelling and product strategy—particularly critical in a market shaped by fluctuating precious metals pricing and evolving customer expectations.

Earlier in 2025, Ashworth’s role expanded to include oversight of select product categories for Rio Grande Jewelry, part of The Richline Group, a Berkshire Hathaway company. In this dual leadership capacity, she manages mill products and struck findings assortments across both organizations, ensuring consistency of quality, sourcing integrity, and market alignment.

Ashworth has also played a key role in supporting updates to LeachGarner’s digital customer experience, including the continued rollout of enhanced online tools and resources that provide improved product transparency and accessibility.

This promotion follows LeachGarner’s continued investment in its leadership team, including the recent appointment of Linda Coutu as Director of Sales, a newly formed role designed to strengthen commercial strategy and customer engagement. With decades of experience in the jewelry and precious metals industry, Coutu’s leadership complements Ashworth’s expanded brand responsibilities as LeachGarner navigates ongoing market volatility and supports customers through dynamic pricing environments.

Ashworth holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Design from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, with a concentration in Metalsmithing and a minor in Art History. She is also an active ambassador for the Alzheimer’s Association MA/NH.
