As a jewelry enthusiast, around this time of year, I begin to anticipate the jewels we will see for the 2024 red carpet season. What will the celebrities wear? Will there be new trends or a continuation of what we saw in 2023? To give you a break from thinking about the countdown to last-minute holiday sales and gift-giving, I have gathered what I consider red carpet worthy jewels from both independent and more well-known designers. These also are great styles for retailers to think about bringing into their stores and for consumers to wear for more glamorous looks. These are aspirational designs, as there are more accessibly priced jewels you can find in these themes. For all categories that I cover here, I notice that colored stones are up there with diamonds and necklaces as the strongest categories in the red-carpet theme.
