Lara Bergseth and Lance Glenn are best friends who’ve worked together for over 12 years. Lara was born into the business and is an AGS Certified Gemologist and Lance is a trained Red Seal Chef who was adopted into the Idar family (more like a foundling really …). “Together as a sales team our mission is to conquer bad design and eliminate ugly jewelry,” Lara says.
