Signet’s Major US Brands All Sell Lab-Grown Diamonds Now

Signet Jewelers is now selling lab-grown diamonds through all of its major U.S. brands, Rapaport News reports.

Such diamonds are available at Jared, Zales, James Allen and Kay stores and websites, said David Bouffard, Signet vice president of corporate affairs, according to the news site.

Both fashion and bridal jewelry pieces are being sold. At Jared, loose lab-grown diamonds and setting are available.

Signet states that it accepts mined-diamond jewelry for trade-in but does not accept lab-grown-diamond jewelry.

Signet first got into lab-grown diamonds via James Allen, which began offering the products around May of this year.

James Allen stated at the time: “Lab-created diamonds allow you to maximize your budget, giving up to 30% more size for the same cost, while earth-created diamonds are incredible works of nature and the traditional choice.”
