Spiff of The Month: The Big Drawing

Increase overall sales with this raffle among staff.

1Have a large board with specific sales goals. Examples: Minimum Per Day; Average Sale; Sales Per Hour; Items Per Sale; Individual Sale (above a certain dollar amount).

2Buy raffle-style tickets at a party store.

3Next to each goal is a number. This is how many raffle tickets the salesperson receives if they reach that goal.

4The player keeps one half of the ticket. The other half goes into a container for the big drawing.

5Players post on a game board how many tickets they’ve won so far.

6When it’s time for the drawing, have a countdown. The first ticket drawn is a small prize and goes up to (you chose the number) the 10th ticket (for example) for the grand prize! It should be the big momma of prizes.

7Wait until after closing time for the drawing. Display the prizes up for grabs.
