Stolen Diamond Worth $100,000 Returned to Jeweler (VIDEO)

A $100,000 diamond that was stolen from Diamonds Inc. in Bellevue, WA, has been returned, KING 5 News reports.

The Los Angeles Police Department recently recovered the 5.5-carat marquise-cut diamond, which was taken in February.

The diamond had been snatched by a man posing as a customer. He claimed to be a soldier looking for an engagement ring.

In April, 26-year-old Arquae Kennedy was arrested in connection with the theft. But the diamond could not be located at that time.
