With an Emphasis on Safety, It’s Business As Usual for Rembrandt Charms

(PRESS RELEASE) Beginning May 4, 2020, Rembrandt Charms will resume normal business hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday and will offer Same Day Engraving and Shipping, as always.

With important safety measures in place, Rembrandt Charms has been able to meet the needs of jewelers across the country. Charms sales are strong and continue to increase with a high-volume of orders for Mother’s Day. During these challenging times, the demand for gifts for first responders and essential workers has inspired Rembrandt to create a line of charms specific to COVID-19. These charms will be available for purchase in early May. Rembrandt will also be giving away some COVID-19 Charms to a number of first responders in appreciation for their heroic work on the frontlines.

“We are in this together,’” states Eric Lux, vice president, Rembrandt Charms. “During this time of uncertainty, the health, safety and well-being of our customers and staff are our top priorities .We have remained open and continue to support our retail jewelers and their charm customers. We have implemented a safety protocol to protect our staff, customers and charm collectors. Our North American manufacturing facility, has allowed us to keep our inventory in stock and ship orders out to our customers, either to their stores or directly to their customers’ homes.”
