Monday through Friday, from 9:00 – 5:30pm ET, customers will continue to call the main number (212) 382-1013 and select the extension of their customer service representative. During the weekends from 9:00 -5:00pm ET, customers can now connect with a representative by dialing the main number and pressing extension 2.
“We know a lot of business is conducted during the weekend by our family of fine jewelry retailers,” says Christopher Slowinski, CEO and President. “In order to help them close their sale they need to have access to product information, pricing estimates and the ability to check order status. This is just another example of our commitment to providing support throughout the sale process.”
The expanded customer service hours are available immediately.
