Under the general supervision of the Vice President, Sales & Marketing, the Independent Sales Representative is ultimately responsible for identifying opportunities, developing the customer base, and fulfilling customer needs in its respective territory.


• Regular travel to different markets and open new accounts, maintain relationships with current accounts (Independent retailers and Majors), attend US trade shows.
• Display a keen motivation and ability to develop and grow their accounts while growing the company’s presence in the markets.
• Regularly visit existing accounts to maintain professional business relations.
• Research and cold call to identify potential customers and to find out their needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years of experience in diamond or fine jewelry sales in the B2B Sector.
• Experience in traveling on the road and visiting independent, wholesale, and major retailers across their territory.
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
• Great organization and communication skills (verbal and written/electronic).
• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• Business development and contacts in high end/luxury boutiques.
• Possess a passion for finding and selling to new customers.
• Fluency in English.
