Coming Soon: Lab-Grown Diamonds from Swarovski

Launch of DIAMA brand marks company’s first foray into the created diamond market.

Swarovski has announced the launch of its DIAMA brand, a lab-grown diamond line that represents the luxury crystal maker’s entrance into the diamond market, IDEX Online reports. According to the article, Swarovski negotiated for De Beers to supply “gem-quality rough lab-grown diamonds on a long-term basis.” Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity, with all diamonds larger than 0.30 carats certified by the International Gemological Institute. Currently, six different collections are available on the DIAMA website.
