I Was Once Great: Just Ask Moses

“GLORY DAYS, well they’ll pass you by …” Gemological expert George F. Kunz speculated that I was the star stone on Moses’ 12-gem breastplate. That, of course, was the high point for REAL rocks like me and my chalcedony brothers, when big cab rings and carved seals ruled the ancient world. My “organic” look has made something of a comeback recently.
