Nina Nguyen Designs Unveils New Wholesale Website

(PRESS RELEASE) DENVER, CO — Designer Nina Nguyen, best known for her chic gemstone hoops and convertible earring charms, spent her quarantine time laser-focused on one goal: Building a new website exclusively for her wholesale accounts. Conceived as a virtual showroom, the custom-built platform will give buyers round-the-clock access to the full range of her collection, along with a number of other enhancements to make life easier during the age of COVID-19.

“With tradeshows at a standstill, retailers need easy access to my latest products, brand news, and marketing assets, and this was my solution,” says Nina. “The more we learned about the virus, the more I realized how vital it was to modernize my digital presence, and my first priority was to develop a space exclusively for my retailers who can’t see my line in person.

“We normally keep a very rigorous trade show schedule throughout the year, but 2020 has been different in every way. If you can’t come to my showroom in Denver, if we can’t meet up at a show, this definitely is the next best thing.”

Buyers can expect a consistent stream of new product: “We update our site daily and 150-200 new styles are added frequently throughout the year, especially during the summer months,” says Nina. “On average we’re adding about 20-25 styles per month.”

The site has been optimized for seamless inventory management. Stock is organized by price point, metal type, and gemstone color, and there’s new functionality to help retailers effortlessly compile and track orders, and reference their purchase history.

Other enhancements include a suggested buy-in package for new retailers that are interested in carrying the line, live chat functionality, and up-to-date, downloadable social media and campaign imagery for stores to use in their own marketing efforts.

Monthly sales incentive programs will also be posted on the site, as well as emailed, so associates never miss an opportunity to become a true Nina Nguyen Designs brand ambassador.

Nina’s website developers have also digitized the brand’s popular “Pick Box” order form. A buyer just plugs in their budget, metal, and style preferences to receive a box of ready-to-sell jewels and a return label. Pick what you need, send back the rest.

“Our retailers love Pick Box,” says Nina “It’s so easy and convenient for stores who don’t have time to labor over the fashion jewelry they want because they’re focused on engagement rings or custom pieces. It’s a really efficient way for all of us to work, because we’re sending them inventory that we already have on hand—no wait time for something to be produced.”

Overall the new wholesale site is the best way to stay connected to the brand and all that it has to offer in the way of exciting new product, marketing support—even emotional support.

As Nina says, “We are very happy to bring this platform to our retailers, especially as they begin to assort their collections for fall and holiday. Anything we can do to make it easy for them will always be our first priority.”
