True Tales: Free Gift-Wrap Service

This month, we have two ?True Tales? that you have a good chance of experiencing yourself this holiday season: 
 
A customer, on December 20th, when the place is rockin’, walks in and says: “I understand you do free gift wrapping here” “Yes, of course.” Customer whips out a couple of presents he purchased elsewhere. After the laughter stopped, we explained that meant our gifts … and he left.

?I had a customer in my store shopping for a gift for his wife. She called him on his cell phone and must have accused him of being with another woman. He told her that he was indeed with another woman and finally put me on the phone. When she found out it was me, she got all excited and told him that he could have me as the other woman anytime! (It’s amazing how much power the gift of jewelery has over us women!)?
