e had a gentlemen come in with a Movado Museum watch in the box. He said it did not work. I smiled and said that it was probably the battery. Sure enough, the battery had been replaced over two years ago! I brought the watch back out front and said, “Wow, you got two years out of that battery,” thinking that he would be at least a bit grateful.
