Stuller Inc. stated Wednesday that there’s “no indication that customers’ information has been compromised, especially pertaining to credit card information” following a recent cyberattack.

“Credit cards on customer accounts are both tokenized and encrypted and are not housed at Stuller,” said Danny Clark, president of the company.

Over the past several days, there has been “significant progress” in returning to normal business operations, the company said in a press release.

“As customers place orders this week we are committed to and anticipate meeting our quoted lead times and delivery dates,” Clark said. “Our phone services have been fully restored, and as always, customers can place orders on Stuller.com or chat with us.”

The company said it will provide updates here.

Stuller was hit by a cyberattack Saturday morning, resulting in “a variety of operational issues.” The company did not state what type of cyberattack occurred.

Clark stated: “We cannot express enough how frustrated and disappointed we are that this had occurred at all – particularly during this crucial time for you.”

She Wanted to Spend More Time with Her Kids. She Called Wilkerson.

Your children are precious. More precious than gold? Absolutely! Just ask Lesley Ann Davis, owner of Lesley Ann Jewels, an independent jewelry store that — until the end of 2023 — had quite a following in Houston, Texas. To spend more time with her four sons, all in high school, she decided to close her store. Luckily, she was familiar with Wilkerson and called them as soon as she knew she wanted to move on to bigger, better and more family-focused things. Was she happy with her decision? Yes, she was. Says Davis, “Any owner looking to make that life change, looking to retire, looking to close, looking for a pause in their career, I would recommend Wilkerson. Hands down!”
