(PRESS RELEASE) This month, the Vicenza-based company Chimento launches a novelty that revolutionizes the fit of rings. With a patented Size-Fit mechanism, the rings of the new Forever Unico as well as Brio, Luce and Essenza collections will have a wearability of up to five sizes.

  • 18K gold and white diamonds
  • Available in three colors – yellow, white and pink
  • Polished or satin finish
  • Bands have a range of widths
  • Prices vary depending on stones and customization.

Size-Fit is the innovative system which allows the wearer to extend the fit of rings up to 5 sizes. Personal and connected the piece can “grow” with the owner, change fingers, hands or share the pieces to make them even more special. [Check out a quick video to see it at work Chimento]

In addition to the multi-measurement wearability, the main feature of the Unico collection customization. Options limited only by imagination and open to words, letters, and other symbols.

How does it work?

The invisible mechanism remains hidden in the inner structure of the ring without compromising the design and style of the jewel. At home the wearer is able to use the inner mechanism to open or close the ring fitting internally for an undetectable change to their perfect size and unique comfort from thumb to pinky.

Thinking of Liquidating? Think: Wilkerson

When Peter Reines, owner of Reines Jewelers in Charlottesville, VA, decided it was time to turn over the “reins” of his 45-year-old business to Jessica and Kevin Rogers, he chose Wilkerson to run his liquidation sale. It was, he says, the best way to maximize the return on his decades-long investment in fine jewelry. Now, with new owners at the helm, Reines can relax knowing that the sale was a success, and his new life is financially secure. And he’s glad he partnered with Wilkerson for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. “There’s just no way one person or company could run a sale the way we did,” he says.
