Below is the official announcement from the show:

Dear valued exhibitors, attendees and stakeholders,

As a result of current travel restrictions, and after careful consideration we have decided to re-schedule the Istanbul Jewelry Show from its original dates 8-11 October 2020. The event will be re-scheduled to take place at CNR Expo, Istanbul Fair Center on 7-10 October 2021.

As you can imagine this decision has been extremely difficult but after close consultation with the industry and our stakeholders we feel that we are unable to run an event that meets the very high standards we set ourselves and that you rightly expect. Whilst Informa are successfully running events using a set of standards designed to ensure they are safe we feel strongly that rescheduling to next year is the right thing to do given the uncertainty over international travel.

We remain committed to bringing people together to ensure we help the industry through these difficult times and are already planning our next event The Istanbul Jewelry Show March edition which will be held as planned on 25-28 March 2021.

Yours sincerely,

The Istanbul Jewelry Show Team

Family Legacy, New Chapter: How Wilkerson Turns 89 Years of History Into Future Success

After 89 years of serving the Albany community, Harold Finkle Your Jeweler faced a pivotal decision. For third-generation owner Justin Finkle, the demanding hours of running a small business were taking precious time away from his young family. "After 23 years, I decided this was the time for me," Finkle explains. But closing a business with nearly nine decades of inventory and customer relationships isn't something easily managed alone. Wilkerson's comprehensive approach transformed this challenging transition into a remarkable success story. Their strategic planning handled everything from advertising and social media to inventory management and staffing — elements that would overwhelm most jewelers attempting to navigate a closing sale independently. The results speak volumes. "Wilkerson gave us three different tiers of potential goals," Finkle notes. "We've reached that third tier, that highest goal already, and we still have two weeks left of the sale." The partnership didn't just meet financial objectives—it exceeded them ahead of schedule.
