(PRESS RELEASE) HOD HASHARON, ISRAEL — Singapore Exchange Mainboard and Tel Aviv Exchange listed Sarine Technologies Ltd (“Sarine” and along with its subsidiaries “the Group”) (U77:SI; SARN.TA), a worldwide leader in the development, manufacturing, marketing and sale of precision technology products for the evaluation, planning, processing, measurement, grading and trading of diamonds and gems, announce that Sarine and Synova have executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Dubai Diamond Conference to cooperate technologically on the integration of Sarine’s Advisor  rough diamond planning software with Synova’s DaVinci diamond faceting system.

Concurrent to their joint participation in the Rethinking the Diamond Supply Chain panel at the Dubai Diamond Conference , David Block, Sarine CEO, and Bernold Richerzagen, Synova founder and CEO, have signed an MOU for collaboration on seamlessly linking Sarine’s Advisor  planning data output with Synova’s DaVinci Diamond Factory (DDF). The envisioned integration will enable an efficient timesaving process, that will also eliminate human errors in the setup of the complex precision polishing instructions for the DDF, which incorporates in one system all the cutting, shaping and faceting stages of the polishing workflow (contrary to Sarine’s own Quazer 3 cutting and shaping only system). The link-up will be embodied in the Advisor  package as an optional add-on, to be paid for in accordance with Sarine’s applicable terms and conditions, by its customers employing Synova’s DDF for their polishing process.

Being technological leaders in their fields, both companies have agreed that the mutual protection of the intellectual property (IP) of both companies is of the utmost concern. Therefore, the joint offering will be made available only as a closed ecosystem in which all parties’ IP is respected and all participants in the ecosystem adhere to this cardinal premise.

Mr. Block stated, “I believe the agreed teaming of Sarine and Synova will benefit our mutual customers by further streamlining the supply chain and reducing costs and costly errors. This cooperation is yet another example of the benefits created by the data generated inherently by Sarine’s technologies across the diamond processing value chain and their applicability to a wide range of additional incidental value-added solutions, such as our digital tenders paradigm, the Sarine Diamond Journey™, the Sarine Profile™, etc. The significant data generated by our seamlessly cloud-linked systems have proven once again their worth to our customers and to the industry as a whole.”

This Third-Generation Jeweler Was Ready for Retirement. He Called Wilkerson

Retirement is never easy, especially when it means the end to a business that was founded in 1884. But for Laura and Sam Sipe, it was time to put their own needs first. They decided to close J.C. Sipe Jewelers, one of Indianapolis’ most trusted names in fine jewelry, and call Wilkerson. “Laura and I decided the conditions were right,” says Sam. Wilkerson handled every detail in their going-out-of-business sale, from marketing to manning the sales floor. “The main goal was to sell our existing inventory that’s all paid for and turn that into cash for our retirement,” says Sam. “It’s been very, very productive.” Would they recommend Wilkerson to other jewelers who want to enjoy their golden years? Absolutely! “Call Wilkerson,” says Laura. “They can help you achieve your goals so you’ll be able to move into retirement comfortably.”
