(PRESS RELEASE) LOS ANGELES – Contemporary bridal, fashion, and high-end jewelry brand Uneek welcomes Jim O’Hare as its new regional vice president of sales for the Northeast. With over 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry, O’Hare serves as Uneek’s key point person to grow business in the US Northeast region. He graduated with a Business Administration degree from Union College and made an impressive name for himself in the jewelry industry.

Uneek’s VP of sales, Cortland Shopper (GJG), welcomes O’Hare, “In all my years in our wonderful industry, I have never heard so many retailers say such positive things about their sales rep. We are proud to welcome Jim and his customers to the Uneek family.”

In his 20 years with Simon G, O’Hare successfully grew every account he managed. O’Hare also spent time in the watch industry working for Heuer as sales manager for 7 years then representing Tag-Heuer for 5 years. He has allotted time to work on both the wholesale and retail side to further understand the industry and build relationships with the retailers. “I’ve spent a lot of time researching industry directions, and the best possible opportunities looking ahead. It is exciting to have found the most dynamic company looking to the future, Uneek Jewelry.” O’Hare shares.

O’Hare will attend Luxury at JCK on August 24 to 26 at The Venetian and Sands Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada. Book your appointment here or reach him at [email protected] or call (908) 654-5461. Thinking of Liquidating? Think: Wilkerson

When Peter Reines, owner of Reines Jewelers in Charlottesville, VA, decided it was time to turn over the “reins” of his 45-year-old business to Jessica and Kevin Rogers, he chose Wilkerson to run his liquidation sale. It was, he says, the best way to maximize the return on his decades-long investment in fine jewelry. Now, with new owners at the helm, Reines can relax knowing that the sale was a success, and his new life is financially secure. And he’s glad he partnered with Wilkerson for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. “There’s just no way one person or company could run a sale the way we did,” he says.
