It’s interesting how the most popular chains give a nod to the past yet are thoroughly modern when worn with contemporary fashion. Paltrow wore hers with a delicate strand of what looked like pearls or small beads. The juxtaposition worked, as does her minimalist approach to wearing jewelry. She tends to choose one area of the body to bejewel and wear the perfect outfit as a backdrop, complementing her natural beauty.
