The Jewelers Circle was built by six leading luxury vintage firms and debuted in October 2020. Its core functions include the ability to browse thousands of listings with powerful search filters, the ability to save searches and receive notifications when new items become available. Jewelers Circle allows users to connect with hundreds of top dealers from across the world, save favorite items to watchlists and bid on 24-hour reserve pricing “Best Offers” listings. When sourcing a specific item, the site offers the ability to “Post a Call” to a preferred selection of dealers, or to the whole Jewelers Circle network, to connect directly with exhibitors.

“Last year during the pandemic, The Jewelers Circle platform was conceptualized and then developed after recognizing that global business travel and in-person events would be greatly impacted. We sought to create a digital solution to showcase some of the rarest and most exquisite vintage and signed pieces as well as gemstones in a virtual marketplace where fine jewelers, designers, dealers and retailers from around the world could connect, discover and ultimately do business at any time and from anywhere,” says Marianne Fisher, Co-Founder and Managing Director of the Jewelers Circle. “We are thrilled to celebrate a successful first year in business and very grateful to the community that has joined us. We have continued to enhance and evolve the platform based on the feedback and needs of our subscribers over the past 12 months. It is truly invigorating hearing about the relationships being forged and business transactions that have occurred because of the platform. We thank our subscribers for being part of the ever-growing community and look forward to continuing to launch new features to optimize luxury businesses, digitally.”

Over the past year, the Jewelers Circle has hosted relevant educational webinars presented by industry experts and thought-leaders such as jewelry author and historian Vivienne Becker and creator and jewelry influencer Katerina Perez, to name a few. In addition to education, Jewelers Circle developed new partnerships with prestigious organizations including the Diamond Manufacturers & Importers of America (DMIA), Ferrari Shipping, International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA), Indian Diamond & Colorstone Association (IDCA), International Gemological Institute (IGI), Natural Colored Diamond Association (NCDIA), Picup Media, Willis Towers Watson, Women’s Jewelry Association (WJA) and Swiss Gemmological Institute (SSEF). This Third-Generation Jeweler Was Ready for Retirement. He Called Wilkerson

Retirement is never easy, especially when it means the end to a business that was founded in 1884. But for Laura and Sam Sipe, it was time to put their own needs first. They decided to close J.C. Sipe Jewelers, one of Indianapolis’ most trusted names in fine jewelry, and call Wilkerson. “Laura and I decided the conditions were right,” says Sam. Wilkerson handled every detail in their going-out-of-business sale, from marketing to manning the sales floor. “The main goal was to sell our existing inventory that’s all paid for and turn that into cash for our retirement,” says Sam. “It’s been very, very productive.” Would they recommend Wilkerson to other jewelers who want to enjoy their golden years? Absolutely! “Call Wilkerson,” says Laura. “They can help you achieve your goals so you’ll be able to move into retirement comfortably.”
