Singer and Actress Miley Cyrus has taken to Instagram to show off the new birthday ring she received from her boyfriend, actor Liam Hemsworth.

Hemsworth presented Cyrus, 24, with “a large gold disc ring adorned with rainbow gems,” People reports.

Cyrus exclaimed on Instagram: “You always know how to make my ‘grubby little kid fingers’ *SHINE*!!!” (Take a look at the post below.)

It seems that this ring may be more to her liking than the engagement ring she previously received from Hemsworth, which People describes as a “3.5-carat cushion-cut, vintage-style Neil Lane diamond engagement ring.”

She recently said that ring “isn’t really my aesthetic.”
