(PRESS RELEASE) Shy Creation expanded their Star Collection, helping set popular jewelry trends for the US market. Celestial stylings are catching fire. This year Shy Creation won several awards for its star designs. This included the Ascending Star Earrings, which won the grand prize of the Jeweler Choice Awards as well as several other pieces featuring variations of the star design. In 2017 Shy Creation also won the grand prize and many other awards from the jewelry industry for its Starburst Collection. Topping off the year was InStore Magazine’s Retailers’ Choice Award for Shy’s Star Hoop Earrings. This year marks a significant expansion with dynamic and stunning star rings, bracelets earrings and necklaces.

Leading off the collection is the Ascending Star award winning earrings followed by Shy’s signature lapis pendant featuring one large star with a baby diamond pave star. The collection continues with the 7-star necklace featuring a large center star and three smaller stars on each side. The star and sunburst motifs are featured in several designs including the 3-piece earring set featuring 2 double stars for one ear and a single star for the other ear, making a stunning fashion statement. The star rings continue the excitement with multiple designs in pave and gold.

David Dayan Copresident and CEO declared “We are thrilled with the industry support of our designs. We are very thankful that the Star Jewelry Collection has won so many awards from America’s jewelry retailers. We are committed to helping mold design trends for this year and the future”.

Four Decades of Excellence: How Wilkerson Transformed a Jeweler's Retirement into Celebration

After 45 years serving the Milwaukee community, Treiber & Straub Jewelers owner Michael Straub faced a significant life transition. At 75, the veteran jeweler made a personal decision many business owners understand: "I think it's time. I want to enjoy my wife with my grandchildren for the next 10, 15 years." Wilkerson's expertise transformed this major business transition into an extraordinary success. Their comprehensive approach to managing the going-out-of-business sale created unprecedented customer response—with lines forming outside the store and limits on how many shoppers could enter at once due to fire safety regulations. The results exceeded all expectations. "Wilkerson did a phenomenal job," Straub enthuses. "They were there for you through the whole thing, helped you with promoting it, helping you on day-to-day business. I can't speak enough for how well they did." The partnership didn't just facilitate a business closing; it created a celebratory finale to decades of service while allowing Straub to confidently step into his well-earned retirement.
