“We had a customer come in to get his class ring sized. He hands it over to one of my employees and begins to tell us that he was sitting on the toilet when his ring slipped off and he had to fish it out of the deposits he left in the toilet. As he is chuckling about it, we were all mortified, especially the gal that was holding the ring. Some things you just keep to yourself, sir.” — Marc M., Midland, TX
