Luxury Brand Consultants Announces the Live Event: “Art For Jewellery – Inspiration Hub”

The most not-to-be-missed area of the fair that inspires unique designs is taking its place for the third time at the Istanbul Jewelry Show.

(PRESS RELEASE) The live event space “Art for Jewellery: Inspiration Hub,” developed by luxury brand consultant Aylin Gözen and Lion Diamond founder Oznur Yakin with the support of the Jewellery Exporters’ Association and the Istanbul Jewelry Show, will take place for the third time at the Istanbul Jewelry Show, which will be held on October 5-8.

In the event area, a series of events will be developed that will give the ideal interaction of art and jewelry and will serve as inspiration for both jewelry marketing and the creation of unique models.

In addition to Mioro, Nadir Metal, and Sina Diamond, the project’s main sponsors, Çilek Concept, So Chic Pırlanta, Fiore D’oro, Lion Diamond, Milagro, and Vav Diamond, promote jewelry with its cultural and artistic structure around the world.

The event, which will also include a seminar by the world’s most important trend forecasting company, WGSN, will also include various panels open to all visitors, as well as international guests with interpreting services, industry experts, and artists. Furthermore, the facility, which will welcome significant guests, is ready to captivate visitors with a one-of-a-kind exhibition inspired by magnificent pieces of art.

Burak Yakin, president of the Jewellery Exporters’ Association, stated that the events demonstrated that jewelry is not only a luxury consumer product but also an important part of our history and culture, and that they see all of these activities as a critical step in the industry’s branding.

The project’s creators, Aylin Gözen and Oznur Yakin, claimed that they feel the project contributes to the production of quality material required by the jewelry sector. “We believe that the culture and art movement we’ve started will make a significant contribution to the differentiation and branding of our jewelry around the world and among the general public.” With this project, we hope to help the branding of the industry in exports by differentiating its image, enhancing profitability, and attracting buyers’ attention. We are very delighted to host “Art for Jewelery: Inspiration Hub” for the third time, as it brings two interesting worlds together and is the only project of its type. We hope that by hosting this event, we will be able to enable jewelry designers to showcase their unique talents while being inspired by art. In our panels, we aim to develop meaningful conversations about the harmonious integration of these two creative disciplines.”

What is “Art for Jewelery: Inspiration Hub”?
It is a cultural and artistic movement that started in the jewelry industry.

The event side was organized with the support of the Jewellery Exporters’ Association and the Istanbul Jewellery Show and consisted of:

  • the works of art that will inspire jewelry that has never been made before,
  • the panels with special guests who will give different tips,
  • a seminar where WGSN, the world’s top trend forecaster, will show the latest jewelry trends,
  • and a lively event and exhibition space that will also have impressive digital installations.

It aims to reflect and increase the influence of art and works of art, which broaden views and have a philosophy about how to see the world, in the jewelry industry. This will help the industry come up with new designs and help people make high-quality content.

On the one hand, Hub will give designers and artists around the world and in our country a chance to talk to each other. It will also give art and artists a chance to help the jewelry industry by organizing events and projects that combine the beauty of art and design with the sincerity of craft culture.

When the Kids Have Their Own Careers, Wilkerson Can Help You to Retire

Alex and Gladys Rysman are the third generation to run Romm Jewelers in Brockton, Mass. And after many decades of service to the industry and their community, it was time to close the store and take advantage of some downtime. With three grown children who each had their own careers outside of the industry, they decided to call Wilkerson. Then, the Rysmans did what every jeweler should do: They called other retailers and asked about their own Wilkerson experience. “They all told us what a great experience it was and that’s what made us go with Wilkerson.” says Gladys Rysman. The results? Alex Rysman says he was impressed. “We exceeded whatever I expected to do by a large margin.”
