(PRESS RELEASE) DENVER, CO — Brad Huisken and Jimmy DeGroot are presenting their summer Sales Management Master Class and have only 10 openings left. The class is a 12 week zoom training for one hour a week for managers and owners, helping them create a management plan with proven best practices. “We thought summer would be a great time for the class because there are no major jewelry holidays. Our current class which began in June filled up at the last minute so we’re adding a second class beginning July 28th” said Jimmy DeGroot. “I guess summer is a great time to train after all.”

DeGroot and Huisken added the Sales Management Master Class during Covid and found that managers really loved the pace of the class as well as being able to attend online in the comfort of their homes and stores. “The pace of the class allows people to take in the information we give them and then go put it into practice, coming back the next week and sharing their experience,” said Brad Huisken. “We’re going to continue to offer this class as long as there are store owners and managers looking for a great template of management to grow their teams.” The price for the class is $1,995 per store.

Past attendees of the class include owner/operators who want to create a system of management to create a more scalable business as well as high volume, multi-site stores looking to train their managers to bring out the best in their employees.

Ready to Relocate? Wilkerson Makes Your Move Seamless

When Brockhaus Jewelry decided to leave their longtime West Main Street storefront for a standalone building elsewhere in Norman, Oklahoma, owners John Brockhaus and Brad Shipman faced a familiar challenge: how to efficiently reduce inventory before the big move. Their solution? Partnering with liquidation specialists Wilkerson for a second time. "We'd already experienced Wilkerson's professionalism during a previous sale," Shipman recalls. "But their approach to our relocation event truly impressed us. They strategically prioritized our existing pieces while tactfully introducing complementary merchandise as inventory levels decreased." The carefully orchestrated sale didn't just meet targets—it shattered them. Asked if they'd endorse Wilkerson to industry colleagues planning similar transitions—whether relocating, retiring, or refreshing their space—both partners were emphatic in their approval. "The entire process was remarkably straightforward," Shipman notes. "Wilkerson delivered a well-structured program, paired us with a knowledgeable advisor, and managed every detail flawlessly from concept to completion."
