Pianegonda Goes Big in the United States

(PRESS RELEASE) Pianegonda, a pioneer in contemporary design jewelry founded in Italy in the 90s, is now embarking on a robust expansion into the American market through a series of launch communications and sales initiatives with the debut of its new collection, Assoluto.

This is the most important US launch opportunity since Bros Maniffature, an international jewelry group founded in 1979 by Lanfranco Beleggia, acquired Pianegonda in 2015.

Pianegonda confirms its innovative and exclusive jewelry design character first becoming an Italian lifestyle icon and now embarking upon worldwide recognition.

In 2023, the international expansion strategy will have a specific focus on the United States market, through an aggressive marketing plan involving all best communication channels, thanks to a partnership with the renowned international agency, Negri Firman PR & Communication. The US debut will feature a large-scale advertising campaign, exclusive events, trade fair presence and commercial and marketing account-driven actions.

“The decision to focus on the United States was made after a careful evaluation of the brand’s growth opportunities. We are excited to bring our experience, identity and design creations to the American public and to create new ties with customers and partners in the global market.” says Lanfranco Beleggia president of Bros Manifatture group.

In parallel, the new Assoluto collection designed by Creative Director Betony Vernon launched. Inspired by the origin and evolution of the universe, the collection is interpreted by model and actress Anna Cleveland, daughter to the legendary Pat Cleveland and muse of many luxury brands such as Yves Saint Laurent, Bulgari, Jean Paul Gaultier, Karl Lagerfeld, Lanvin, Valentino, Maison Margiela and Ferragamo.

This Third-Generation Jeweler Was Ready for Retirement. He Called Wilkerson

Retirement is never easy, especially when it means the end to a business that was founded in 1884. But for Laura and Sam Sipe, it was time to put their own needs first. They decided to close J.C. Sipe Jewelers, one of Indianapolis’ most trusted names in fine jewelry, and call Wilkerson. “Laura and I decided the conditions were right,” says Sam. Wilkerson handled every detail in their going-out-of-business sale, from marketing to manning the sales floor. “The main goal was to sell our existing inventory that’s all paid for and turn that into cash for our retirement,” says Sam. “It’s been very, very productive.” Would they recommend Wilkerson to other jewelers who want to enjoy their golden years? Absolutely! “Call Wilkerson,” says Laura. “They can help you achieve your goals so you’ll be able to move into retirement comfortably.”
