Parallel to the Florida flagship, the Lenox Square store is also designed by Michael Neumann Associates (MNA), setting the principles and aesthetics for the renovation of all the stores in MAYORS’ portfolio. Creating a glamorous and distinct setting, the store boasts a stark ribbed and ebonized wood portal storefront with shimmering polished stainless steel accents. The portal, which frames the MAYORS entrance, extends down the rest of the façade, thus positioning MAYORS as the premiere location for luxury shopping in Lenox Square. Stylish Calacatta marble flooring, pale gray carpeting, and crisp white plaster walls and ceilings define the airy, modern environment. In addition, the flagship also features a concierge-style hospitality area where clients can enjoy refreshments and relax while they shop.

As the official Rolex jeweler, the flagship features a separate Rolex entrance leading into the main MAYORS area, making for a flexible and modern retail space. MAYORS Bridal Collection, MAYORS High Jewelry Collection and other watch and jewelry brand also have their own dedicated display areas as well.

“The fundamentals do not change. As we invest in transforming the retail spaces of MAYORS, our goal is to continue developing a loyal customer base and providing impeccable customer experience and one-of-a-kind hospitality.

The intention is to create a welcoming and accessible store for our customers. That said, we adapt to the environment and the brand proposition for each location and market,” said David Hurley, Executive Vice President of Watches of Switzerland Group.

The brand’s relaunch comes after MAYORS’ acquisition in 2017 by The Watches of Switzerland Group, the UK’s largest multi-channel luxury watch retailer. In addition to a revamped look at all their stores, the MAYORS retail experience is heightened with their incomparable selection of jewelry and timepieces including their own Bridal and Fine Jewelry collections and top brands consisting of Rolex, OMEGA, Mikimoto, Messika and Roberto Coin.

This Third-Generation Jeweler Was Ready for Retirement. He Called Wilkerson

Retirement is never easy, especially when it means the end to a business that was founded in 1884. But for Laura and Sam Sipe, it was time to put their own needs first. They decided to close J.C. Sipe Jewelers, one of Indianapolis’ most trusted names in fine jewelry, and call Wilkerson. “Laura and I decided the conditions were right,” says Sam. Wilkerson handled every detail in their going-out-of-business sale, from marketing to manning the sales floor. “The main goal was to sell our existing inventory that’s all paid for and turn that into cash for our retirement,” says Sam. “It’s been very, very productive.” Would they recommend Wilkerson to other jewelers who want to enjoy their golden years? Absolutely! “Call Wilkerson,” says Laura. “They can help you achieve your goals so you’ll be able to move into retirement comfortably.”
